Hello my name is
Lumena Atherton.
It was in Bali that I finally found the path that I am sure will guide
me the rest of my life. It is a simply described thing - the real way to find
spiritual growth is by increasing one's ability to balance all the parts of
the whole that is you. All of the different methods that I have studied come
to the same realization. The sum of all your parts, emotional, intellectual,
spiritual and physical must be in alignment with each other for you to enjoy
good health and inner harmony. To ignore any one of these four areas will
result in a disharmony that can lead to sickness. The therapies that I offer
all seek to bring each of us into a simple state of balance and it is this
state of balance and nothing more that will cause healing to occur.
I am currently concentrating on using Himalayan Singing Bowls and Mantra for
therapies. I believe that sound healing is the easiest and simplist way to
help people open themselves up to the possiblity of balance and health. I
may simultaneously use Dasa Vayu or Reiki depending on the person I am working
with. The reason I like using the Himalayan Bowls is that there is no complicated
method or technique necessary for the client to learn. The sound of the bowls
is like a river and by merely following the current great movement toward
balance and inner harmony can be achieved.

What is this whole drama about? How precious is my life? I love you thank you. To find that gratitude, to find that connection to the moment. That's what we need. And it's very very easy to forget it. It's like the grace is always blowing, but we don't feel it because we don't lift the sail. What is that sail? That sail is daily Devotional practice.
You do what you love. You need to fall in love with love.It's your art.
In Bali, they have no word for artist, because everybody is an artist,
everybody creates. What brings you the closest to the Creator is creating.
Make it up! Dance, sing, let yourself go. Get into your Temple. This is your
Temple. This is it. The moment is the moment, there is nothing but the moment.
So find the total commitment to the moment and give yourself completely to
what ever it is you are into so you can find out that this life is it. This
is it".-
